Historic Burrawang West Station was chosen by Baz Luhrmann’s production company to host international journalists covering Australia.

As an exclusive outback retreat and working cattle station and sheep stud, Burrawang West Station was selected to give the media a real taste of the outback.

What’s more, Burrawang West is only an hour from Sydney – making it Australia’s most accessible outback experience.

Three television crews from the UK, Italy and New Zealand stayed at the exclusive homestead retreat and got involved in the daily station activities – meeting the stockman and enjoying complete luxury.
